Our firm represents its clients before all competent courts and administrative and judicial committees such as, but not limited to, the general court, the Board of Grievances, the Labor committees, the committee for the settlement of claims relating to commercial instruments and negotiable papers etc.
We also represent our clients in cases of unlawful competition, forged checks and checks without provision, infringement of intellectual property rights (more specifically dealers of counterfeit goods and products), embezzlement and other financial crimes, cases of professional malpractice, insurance lawsuits, lawsuits consequent to disputes between a client and a governmental body following a breach of a public procurement contract, real estate lawsuits, debt collection and recovery cases.
