– Assisting in the formation of consortia willing to participate in and preparing and submitting bids for the award of telecoms’ licenses (data, mobile, fixed) and negotiating the ensuing contracts;
– Providing advice on telecoms and IT related legal and regulatory matters;
– Assisting our clients in applying for and obtaining licenses to provide telecoms services (data, equipment, value added services, mobile, fixed, automated vehicle location services, MVNO, etc…).
